ELIGIBILITY: The Show and Tell with Switch & Go Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older who are a parent or legal guardian of a child between 3 and 9 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of VTech Electronics North America, LLC ("Sponsor"), GolinHarris, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, retailers, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies (collectively, the "Contest Entities") and members of their immediate family (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, ward, daughter or son and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Viacom Media Networks, Facebook or YouTube.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: Limit one (1) Contest Entry (as defined below) per person, per email address for the length of the Promotion, regardless of video submitted. Contest Entries from the same person, or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Any attempt by a person to use multiple email accounts to register more than once may result in disqualification at the discretion of the judges or Sponsor and all associated Contest Entries will be void.

There are four (4) phases of the Contest, which are outlined below:

PHASE 1 - Contest Entry: This phase of the Contest begins at 12:01AM CST on August 22, 2012 and ends at 11:59PM CST on October 1, 2012 ("Contest Period").

Visit the website at https://www.facebook.com/vtechtoys/show-and-tell-dinos-contest ("Promotion Website") during the Contest Period and clicking on the "Like" tab (if you are not already a fan of the VTech Toys Facebook Page). Then, click on the tab to access the Show and Tell with Switch & Go Contest application and follow the directions to complete the online entry form with your true and correct information and follow the on-screen instructions to upload one (1) of the following three (3) videos; 1) a video of your child drawing their own VTech dino toy (using writing utensils such as markers, crayons, paintbrushes, pens, or pencils); 2) a video of your child building their own VTech dino toy (using materials such as tin foil, paper, cardboard, or other child-safe household products); or 3) a video of your child customizing his/her existing VTech dino toy (i.e., customizing his/her VTech Switch & Go Dino with accessories and props to give the toy a new image). The video must be a minimum of fifteen (15) seconds and be no longer than thirty (30) seconds in length. Videos must be submitted in a format and size acceptable to Facebook. Only clear and audible videos will be accepted. Videos and online entry form will each collectively be referred to as a "Contest Entry". All Contest Entries must be submitted by 11:59PM CST on October 1, 2012 to be considered.

By submitting a Contest Entry, each entrant acknowledges and agrees that his/her Contest Entry may be posted on the Promotion Website and the VTech YouTube website during and following the Contest, and if he/she is selected as a finalist, his/her video will be posted on the VTech Facebook website at https://www.facebook.com/vtechtoys/show-and-tell-dinos-contest to be voted on by the public. By submitting a Contest Entry, entrant hereby grants permission for his/her Contest Entry to be posted on the Promotion Website and other Sponsor web sites. Contest Entities are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Contest Entries by third parties. Contest Entities do not guarantee the posting of any Contest Entry and may remove a posted Contest Entry at any time.
